A non-refundable deposit of $40 per person, per day due for trip confirmation. $150 for dive courses and $200 for Multi-day trips. Balance payable prior to arrival via PayPal (10% fee), direct deposit or in cash prior to leaving for the trip.

Cancellations/refunds 30 days prior to arrival.
Once booking is confirmed, there will be no refunds for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to tour date.
Unused activities are non-refundable.

All boat itineraries are weather and conditions permitting at our Captain's discretion.
All dive locations are at our Instructor's/guide discretion.

Coiba Dive Center, S.A. will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay or during your participation in our activities.

Coiba Dive Center, S.A. will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused to you, directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as late arrival of flights, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

Coiba Dive Center, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, omission, irregularity or nonperformance occurring in connection with these arrangements. The client understands and accepts all risks associated with any and all activities, including both land based and water activities, air travel, car travel, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and boating. Divers acting irresponsibly can have an adverse impact on their fellow divers and the diving community. As a result, we will not tolerate unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible behavior.

We strongly recommend that you take a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies. Your travel agent will be happy to assist you.
