Please Contact Us prior to making your deposit to confirm availability and to reserve your space. We require a deposit (per person/day) for any reservations. Tour details and deposit information can be found below on the booking page.

We welcome any and all inquiries about custom dive trips and private boat charters.

When checking out with PayPal, please let us know who you are (name) and the dates you are booking for in the description.

Park Fees

Prices DO NOT include the $20 dollar per person, per day Coiba National Park entrance fee on day trips. Park fees are INCLUDED on Multi-Day trips and PADI Certifications.

Trip Minumums

Four-person minimum on all dive tours.

Rental Gear

Complete rental gear is available for $15 dollars per person per day. Discount $5 each for bringing your own regulator, BC or complete basic equipment.

Proof of Certification

Remember to bring your proof of certification with you. We are not one of those shops that will not ask you. If you need us to verify your proof of certification, please let us know in advance as internet signal is not always available in the area.

Departure Times

For all dive and snorkeling trips, you will need to be at the dive center at 7:45 am sharp. The boat departs at 8.30am and usually returns between 3:30pm - 4:30pm.

Food and Beverage

Each boat has a cooler with cold purified water and snacks on board. All meals are provided on multi-day trips, and for single day trips.

Terms & Conditions:

Rates are subject to change without notice and may vary for events beyond our control, such as fuel prices and changes in taxes. 

All payments are made in U.S. Dollars.

Credit cards accepted +7% Government Taxes:

A non-refundable deposit per person per day is required all trip confirmations.

• $40 per person/day is required for day tours
• $150 per person is required for dive courses 
• $200 per person is required  for multi-day tours
• Bank deposits on request.

Balance must be paid prior to leaving for the trip. Advance balance payments can be made via PayPal (7% fee additional) or direct bank deposit.

All boat itineraries are dependent on weather and other conditions at our Captain's discretion.

All dive locations and late departures are at our Instructors discretion.

Coiba Dive Center, S.A. will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay or during your participation in any of our activities or inside the dive center.

Coiba Dive Center, S.A. will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused to you, directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as late arrival of flights, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

Coiba Dive Center, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, omission, irregularity or nonperformance occurring in connection with these arrangements. The client understands and accepts all risks associated with any and all activities, including both land based and water activities, air travel, car travel, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and boating. Divers acting irresponsibly can have an adverse impact on their fellow divers and the diving community. As a result, we will not tolerate unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible behavior.

We strongly recommend that you take a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies. Your travel agent will be happy to assist you.

Cancellations

Refunds of deposits or payments are only given if written notice is received via email to info@coibadivecenter.com within 30 days or more prior to your tour date. Once your booking is confirmed, there will be no refunds for any cancellations made 30 days or less prior to tour date.

Unused dives or activities are non-refundable or transferrable.
